At Oliver Peoples, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and authentication materials included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Carefully place the frames in their original leather case and protective box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
